▪ Obtaining and agreeing quotes from builders and contractors
▪ Selecting with the customer the necessary materials and/or equipments
▪ Coordinating the  works to be carried out
▪ Schedule of works addressed to each craftsman
▪ Schedule of works addressed to the customer for information
▪ Daily follow-up of the works progress
▪ Cleaning of the building site by a cleaning company
▪ Reception of finished works on appointment with the customer
